Rock Restoration Services, Warren Michigan

This operation is a scam and I WOULD NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER.  Rock Restoration of Warren, MI - 586-222-3617 came to my house with unprofessional and overbearingly pushy guys trying to sell their home repair work.  I hired them to do some outside repairs to my home, they did work worse than imaginable.  On the day of service, we could not believe how they could have ruined the area they were to repair.  They admitted they did a poor job and promised to fix their mistake.  After demanding payment on the spot, they cashed the check that day and promised to make good on the horrible work only TO NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN.  When we called back on several occassion's they were verbally abusive using profanity, then hanging up.  I my years of hiring companies, I have never seen one as bad as Rock Restoration Services in Warren Michigan.  I strongly recommend avoiding any contact with that poor operation.

    Craig Campbell at Rock Restoration Services is a great guy to deal with. He gives fair estimates and does quality work. Appreciated his expertise and commitment to getting the job done right. If you live near Warren, this is the guy to call.

      : Hired this AH to do some roofing and he destroyed my home. The roof leaked so bad the main support beam warped had to pay another contractor $7,000 to repair the roof. They told me the singles were NOT attached properly. The had to use a jack to shore up the roof. Years later still dealing with cracking walls thanks to Mr. Campbell's shoddy work!

    Do not have them do any roofing replacement unless you are prepared to have it totally redone in less than 15 years and have to deal with constant leaks in less than 9 years

    Need new roof and roof framing thanks to Rock and the bad shingle job. No 6 in overlap per specifications more like 2 or in some places none. Shoddy work
